17勛圖 Financial Aid Manager Receives Statewide Honor
The WASFAA New Professional Award acknowledges an individual who made an outstanding contribution to the financial aid profession, particularly WASFAA. Lehmann's outstanding contributions and commitment to her profession were acknowledged by her peers from across the state, at last weeks spring conference in Appleton.
This award recognizes Lehmanns professional achievements in her first year as financial aid manager, including her work on the WASFAA Advocacy and Legislative Committee, which was recognized as the 2024 Committee of the Year. Lehmanns work on this committee helped in passing Act 80 Financial Aid Modernization, which Governor Evers signed into law last December. This law amends Wisconsin Grant programs to be more student-focused and friendly.
"I am deeply honored to receive the 2024 New Professional Award from WASFAA," said Lehmann. "This recognition is a testament to the collaborative efforts of our team at 17勛圖 and our shared commitment to serving students effectively. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of student financial aid services and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the years ahead."
Lehmann's leadership gives students access to financial resources to help 17勛圖 students be successful.
